Consistency is the Key.

So as you can tell, I have been slacking on my goal.  I have no other excuse except for pure laziness.  Every morning that I wake and should get ready for the gym, I make some excuse for why I shouldn't go to the gym.  So this week I don't plan to set a goal for any amount of pounds to be lost, I just want to go to the gym on a regular basis.

Now even though I haven't been going to the gym, I have been making a better effort at eating healthier.  It has helped me maintain my weight so that I don't gain any pounds during my lazy streak.  Also, I have been receiving compliments about how I look a little slimmer.  It may have a bit to do with the small amount of pounds that I have lost so far, but really I just think my weight is shifting so it looks like I've lost some weight.  But it is nice to know that the hard work may be paying off.

Well like I said, my goal is to just wake up early enough to make it to the gym in the morning.  Well, talk to you next week.
