So Far So Good.

So I started my weight loss goal early February and although I had a rough start I have been able to see some results.  Now when I first started, I made a conscience effort to eat properly by buying healthier foods instead of always eating out.  Not only has it helped in my health but in my finances as well.  I mean I could easily spend $20 a day eating breakfast, lunch and dinner.  

However, recently I'll admit I feel off.  I didn't have a chance to make it to the grocery store so I began eating out.  I tried to make the healthiest choices I could and it helped.  With my continued effort to visit the gym throughout the week and making those healthier choices I ended up loosing a few pounds.  

Speaking of pounds just to let you know, since I've began my goal I've lost a total of seven pounds.  It would have been eight but I gained one back from my weekend outing.  I really could have done without all of the cocktails and the late night bratwurst.  But hey you live and you learn.

Also this week, I had a little disappointment that occurred earlier in the week that I believe resulted in loosing an extra two pounds.  In someways I was happy about those two pounds but I just didn't want my stress to be the reason for my success.  I want to be stress free and just work hard and shedding this weight.

Well now that it is all over, I can now start this week a little better than the last.  I hope that I am able to succeed throughout the whole week.  I have a big weekend coming up and I don't want the same set back to take place again.  Well I guess I'll catch you next time ;)
